    摘要(中) 交通事故現場蒐證品質的優劣,仍是作為肇事原因鑑定及責任歸屬判斷的主要依據。交通事故現場處理的警察人員一方面要注意現場跡證蒐集,另一方面則要維持現場車流順暢,在緊湊的時間內難免因疏忽而造成遺憾。待發現錯誤時,欲回現場重新蒐集資料,卻常發現跡證已遭破壞,導致關鍵證據無法獲得。本論文研發「3D網格板」還原法,以單張相片還原技術將現場空間資訊完整的記載描述。這項還原技術乃是應用代數幾何定義簡單的幾何操作單元,進而推估複雜的幾何關係,使得運數程序得以簡化,進而提升運算效率。
    摘要(英) Collecting spatial information form an accident scene is an important for clarifying the responsibilities that is supposed to respond. In Taiwan, traffic policemen is responsible to collect the spatial information of an accident occurred, and to conduct the traffic flow. However, it is difficult to precisely collect spatial information in a short time, and restore the accident scene after the scene was emptied. This research proposes a 3D perspective grid method to restore the accident scene with single un-calibrated image. Employing geometric algebra to establish the geometric relationships among the accident scene, the camera position and the image containing the scene is proposed and developed in this research. In doing so, the spatial information, especially in the height information, can be extracted efficiently.
