台灣的營建產業巿場已成熟,其同業之間競爭激烈,低價搶標、產業的平均獲利能力降低,且景氣低迷、產值急速萎縮,然而在營造業法施行後,廠商經營更因審慎因應,台灣營造業大多數都是小型營造業,經營現況及經營策略研究並不多見,因此將丙級營造廠定位為小型營造廠,在本論文以探討丙級營造廠之經營現況及經營策略。本研究收集國內外與本論文研究相關的論著及文獻,再以學者紡談方式,瞭解小型營造業之組織現況,產業環境認知、經營策略,以及對未來公司經營方向做法。
綜合本研究之結論,摘要重點如下:
1.
小型營造業資本額不大,對於經營投資大多採取保守策略。經營定位仍以採取純粹營建施工之傳統小型工程為主,其次是工程管理、具有最有利標能力之綜合營造業。
2.
廠商認知採取差異化遠大於低成本價格策略之競爭優勢,且就策略做法上除壓低管銷費用外,施工品質、進度與對業主快速回應配合,都視為非常重要。
3.
廠商的規模影響目標巿場的選擇與競爭的策略。規模大的營造業,偏愛大銷售量的巿場區隔,其目標巿場涵蓋範圍較大;而規模小的營造業目標巿場傾向於集中與選擇性的專業化。

Taiwanese construction industry has been already mature.Same of
trade competences are vehement and rob a mark with low price.The
average profit ability of industry reduces.The economic
prosperity is overcast,and the production value is rapid to
atrophied.However the construction industry method have been
implemented,the manufacturer's conducting should be cautious.
Some of Taiwanese construction industries are small scaled and
its conduct current conditions and management a strategy
research are seldom seen. Therefore the C grade construction
company defines as small scaled construction company.At this
thesis with management current conditions and management
strategy which inquires into C grade construction company. This
studys collected relatedly with domestic and international
thesis and cultural heritage. Interview a way by scholar
again,understanding the small scaled construction industry of
the organization current conditions、environment
cognizes、bussiness strategy,and conduct direction method to the
company of future.
Synthesize the conclusion of this research,and the summary point
is as follows:
1.Firstly the mall scaled construction industry of capital sum
isn't big.Mostly the management investment adopts to
conservative strategy,but the conduct of a fixed position still
take adopting the traditional small scaled engineering as a
lord. Secondly it is an engineering management that has the
comprehensive construction industry ability of turkey contrast.
2.The manufacturer of competitive advantage is different than
low cost price strategy.Beside depressing expenses、construction
quality、progress and respond a concert quickly to the owner is
very importment.
3.The manufacturer's scale is some influences with the strategy
of the choice and competition of targe.The target market of
large small scale construction industry is partial to the market
of great sales volume because the range of target market covered
widely.The target market of small scale construction industry
aptitudes the profession of concentration and selectivity. |
