我國每年發生職業災害中以營建業佔多數，大部分的原因乃是因為工作性質大多屬於高重複性作業、體力負荷很大、不自然姿勢、休息時間不足、時間無法掌控、壓力過大等，加上勞工往往忽略自身的疲勞、傷痛，經由長時間所累積因而產生肌肉骨骼傷病(Work-Related
Musculoskeletal Disorders, WMSD)，最後導致疾病發生因而提高個人醫療費用或是社會成本，更嚴重造成勞工身體的傷害。 本研究針對營建業勞工工作姿勢進行評估，於工地現場以錄影帶拍攝勞工作業情形，以每60秒定格畫面進行工作分析，使用REBA(Rapid Entire Body Assessment)方法紀錄勞工不良姿勢等級結果，並作成統計分析。結果發現：鋼筋工於地板作業、施工架工組立及拆架作業、水電工版配管作業、油漆工平頂作業風險等級均明顯增加。 |

| 摘要(英) | Most
of the occupational accidents taking place in Taiwan each year
occur to constructional workers. The highly-repetitive and
stamina-consuming nature of the work, improper working postures,
insufficient resting time, difficulty in time-managing and
overstress all contribute to occurrence of the accidents, in
addition to the fact that workers often neglect their
exhaustion, pain or injuries. Discomforts accumulated
consequently result in work-related musculoskeletal disorders,
increasing the cost of personal medical care as well as social
cost, and seriously damaging the health of the workers. This study aims to estimate the working posture of constructional workers. The actual working status is videotaped on site, studied with freeze frames every 60 seconds; the level of inappropriate working posture and its result are recorded with REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method and are analyzed statistically. It was found that while steel fixers are working on floor operation, scaffolding construction and dismantling, electricians/plumbers on piping project and painters working on flat-topped operation, the risk level apparently increases. |
