摘要(中):
飛灰與高爐爐石等工業廢料與水泥具有相同波索蘭特性,如果能應用它們,進行土壤工程性質的改善,如此可將廢料資源化再利用,對環境造成之污染影響亦可減輕。本研究使用土壤改良材料包括高爐水泥及其摻料飛灰或水玻璃,以高爐水泥或高爐水泥再添加摻料等不同混合的三種配比方式添加於紅土中。將各組配比所需的摻料含量與紅土混合攪拌,製成不同配比之改良土塊體,藉以模擬現地攪拌改良樁之施作方式,製作出的改良土塊體。研究結果顯示,紅土之pH值及單位重隨著高爐水泥及摻料含量增加而增加、活性隨著高爐水泥及摻料含量增加而下降。無圍壓縮強度與楊氏模數E50隨著高爐水泥及摻料含量增加而增加,也隨著養護齡期的增加而增加。尖峰應變隨著高爐水泥及摻料含量及齡期的增加而下降。僅添加高爐水泥時,其添加含量以紅土乾重量20%為最佳。添加20%飛灰摻料於高爐水泥和紅土混合土中,對其強度的發展才有正面的效益。添加2%~6%水玻璃摻料於高爐水泥和紅土混合土中,對其早期及晚期的強度皆有幫助,且齡期14天的無圍壓縮強度可達原狀紅土的13.65倍。

Fly ash and blast furnace slag are two industrial waste materials with pozzolan property, if there can be application to improve geotechnical properties of soils, it contributes to reduce environmental pollution problems. In this study, The Taichung lateritic is improved with slag cement and admixtures with fly ash or water glass. Besides, added admixtures to mix with saturation laterituc soil, to obtain an improved soil specimens with different cement ratio to simulate mixture pile in the place, to manufacture improved soil. Results of the study reveal that the pH value and unit weight of lateritic soil increase with the contain of slag cement and admixtures. Activity decrease with the contain of slag cement and admixtures. Unconfined compression strength and the E50 increase with the contain of slag cement and admixtures, and increase with curing time. The peak strain decrease with the contain of slag cement and admixtures and curing time. When only addition slag cement, which the optimized contain is 20% of dry laterite weight. The addition of 20% fly ash admixtures to the slag cement-laterite, which have good development of strength. The addition of 2%~6% water glass admixes to the slag cement-laterite, it is helpful to the short-term and long-term strength of the improved soil. The unconfined compression strength after curing 14 days can be increase to be 13.65 fold of original lateritic soil.
