Hsin-An Chen（陳信安）

Hsin-An Chen was born in Taichung, Taiwan on 8 June 1965.

He graduated by the first lead from the Department of Architecture, National Cheng Kong University (N.C.K.U.) in Taiwan 1988, and received there a Master of Architecture, N.C.K.U.; major in Architecture Design in 1990.

Hsin-An Chen was lecturer of the Department of Architecture, Chaoyang University of Technology since 1994. For being a better professor, he studied in Doctoral of the Department of Industrial Education, National Changhua University of Education in Taiwan, and got the diploma in 2004.

He’s both architect and urban-plan licentiate, has plenteous experience of practice and education. He is major in the field of Architecture Programming, Architecture Design, Organization (Association) Management and Curriculum Design. He has been associate professor, engaged in Campus-Plan by Education-Reform.
