目前國內營建業勞工的作業環境,因建材堆置及運搬,加上施工機具配置與機具作業空間需求,以及結構物造型變化等因素,使得施工人員改變正常作業姿勢,配合現場狀況作業或長期重複相同姿勢而影響人體肌肉骨骼造成累積性傷害,如能利用工作姿勢分析工具,找出不良動作姿勢將能預防相關肌肉骨骼傷害的產生。
本研究針對國內營建業之粉刷工、鋼筋工、模板工、水泥工、防水工之工作人員,透過快速上肢評估法(Rapid Upper Limb
Assessment,RULA)分析其姿勢的不良程度,並配合問卷調查及分析結果,以了解以上營建業勞工肌肉骨骼傷害現況,進而探討RULA在評估營建業工作姿勢上的適用性。研究結果顯示,RULA在評估營建業工作姿勢上,以模板工危害程度為最大,其次為混凝土工,其他工種亦有危害等級AL4的情形。RULA評估法分析結果與問卷調查結果比較方面,以粉刷工與模板工兩種工種,兩者的差異值比較小,與作業勞工實際反映之工作姿勢傷害較為相近,所以RULA分析方法較適用粉刷工與模板工兩種工種。在鋼筋工、混凝土工、防水工,RULA評估法分析結果與問卷調查結果的差異值比較大,不適用RULA評估法,宜另行開發或研究其他較適用的工作姿勢分析方法。 |

The
working environment for the current construction workers in
Taiwan force the workers to change normal operation postures or
remain the same pos¬tures peaty in order to fit into the
facilities in construction site. The operation space is limited
because the construction site is frequently stocked with
material and operation equipments as well as the limitation of
the construction building shape. These factors affect and
accumulate to cause the human mussel skeletal problem. To
utilize analyze tools to find out the poor working postures will
prevent the mussel and bone harms.
This study ana¬lyzes these hazards ,with Rapid Upper Limb
Assessment (RULA), caused by working postures for the workers in
plasterer’s, iron workers, carpenter, concrete pouring and
waterproofing worker fields. The research constructs and
analyzes surveys to gain data regarding the current situation of
the hazards caused by working postures. Furthermore, the author
evaluated the adaptations of the operation postures in
construction industry.
This study concluded that the harmful ranked from the
carpenters, con¬crete pouring, next, and other workers with
AL4, according to RULA evalua¬tion. There are less
difference of plasterer’s and carpenters in comparing with RULA
analysis and surveys. Therefore, the RULA analysis is proper to
analyze plasterers and carpenters. The difference of concrete
pouring, iron workers, water¬proofing worker is high, thus
RULA may not be appropriate to be used for assessing these
trade’s postures. |
