摘要(中):
目睹921集集大地震對台灣營建生態的影響,同時,在政府正積極規劃推動「綠建築」的情況下,採用鋼結構似乎是一種時代趨勢。冷軋型鋼由於質量輕、強度大、加工容易等優點,已廣泛地使用在營建材料上,加上國內使用冷軋型鋼構材的情形日趨普及,因此,對於目前市面上普遍使用的槽形冷軋型鋼構材有其探討的必要。
本研究乃針對槽形冷軋型鋼構材,在螺栓接合下經由拉力試驗求得試體的極限載重能力,與各國規範及相關文獻所預測的標稱拉力強度進行比較分析,並依照本研究的實驗數據提出建議公式,以做為冷軋型鋼結構設計之參考。另本研究亦以有限元素分析軟體ANSYS 6.0版來進行分析,以比較斷面間各部份的應力分佈情形。
經由實驗的結果及分析,發現以AISC規範所預測的強度與本實驗的結果相比較離散程度過大;而AISI規範和澳洲和紐西蘭標準所預測的強度則有高估的現象,其它如英國標準與LaBoube所提出的建議公式,所預測的拉力強度則有低估的現象;本研究提出建議公式所預測的構材拉力強度與各相關實驗值比較之下相當吻合。

Due to the effect of 921 JiJi earthquake, using steel as construction material seems a trend for the building construction. Because of lightness, high strength, easy to production characteristics, the cold-formed steel has been widely used as the engineering materials. the use of cold-formed steel is getting popular and nationwide. Therefore, it is interested and necessary to investigate the behavior of cold-formed steel channel member which is popular in the utilization of construction market.
The cold-formed steel channel members tested under tension by using bolted connection were discussed in this study. The comparisons were made between the test results and the predictions computed based on several specifications and suggested equations. For the purpose of design consideration, a recommended equation is proposed based on the test results. In order to study the stress distribution in the various locations of different cross sections of specimens, the finite-element software, ANSYS 6.0, was also conducted in this research.
Base on the experimental results, it was found that there are quite discrepancy between the test results and the values predicted according to the AISC Code. The predictions based on the AISI Code and AS/NZS 4600 Code seem to be overestimated as compared to the test results. It is also noted that the predictions in accordance with the British Standard and LaBoube suggested equation seem to be underestimated as compared to the test results. The tension strengths of test specimens computed by the recommended equation proposed in this study give a good agreement with the test values.
