摘要(中):
有鑑於混凝土品質的良窊,嚴重影響鋼筋混凝土結構物安全,甚至危害到民眾生命財產,但以目前工地現場的檢驗及品管作業方式,大都端賴現場取樣製作圓柱試體於二十八天齡期後之抗壓強度或採鑽取混凝土試體測試壓力強度之方式做為品管評估依據,的確是無法充分反應現行營建工地管理之實際狀況與滿足對品質管制的時效要求,實有緩不濟急之遺憾,若加上混凝土澆置現場施工時,為增加工作性而任意加水,以及廠商偷換圓柱試體等,則品質更是岌岌可危。試想如能在新拌混凝土澆置現場,透過簡易的測試與比對分析,來立即研判與原設計配比的相符程度,以作為初步收料之參考,確保硬固後之混凝土品質與性能,應不失為一最佳機制。
本研究主要針對不含摻料之中、低強度混凝土在新拌階段,經由原配比樣本作分次加水,並施作試驗包括坍度、單位重、空氣含量試驗等,待濕治養護28天後進行抗壓強度與劈裂強度試驗求得數據結果,以分次加水之取樣組與原配比樣本組做對照分析的方式,並依據各試驗結果作交叉影響之探討,由試驗結果顯示,加水量與坍度、單位重、空氣含量三者,隨分次不等水量加入新拌混凝土中,對三者均產生有一定程度的變化,且有著一定的趨勢關係可供依循。另因加水量的多寡與混凝土抗壓強度折減之關係,亦隨著加水量愈多時,其折減也愈大。故於澆置現場利用坍度、單位重、空氣含量三者檢測所得之工地值,再與原配比樣本於試驗室所得出之標準值做對照,並加以比對其差異性,用以推定其新拌混凝土階段的再加水量是可行的,甚至可作為推估其硬固後混凝土的抗壓強度結果之初步參考。

Quality control of concrete is the main issue of RC structures, which deals with the safety of structure. The conventional way, using compression strength at 28 days cylinder specimen or coring specimen taken from field could not supply in-time quality control in field that offers a means to judge the quality of concrete batch. Once the process of placing concrete is taken incorrectly, such as adding extra working water (to extend the duration of workability ) it would be too late to access the quality after 28 days later. Hence, it seems to be valid to provide a means to make a preliminary quality control in fresh concrete stage.
This research used three concrete mixes with strengths of 140 kg/cm2, 240 kg/cm2 and 280 kg/cm2 to study the effects of adding various amounts of extra water into the concrete mix on the slump, unit weight and air content at the fresh concrete stage. Those measurements are also correlated with the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength at 28 days. The relationship provides a preliminary judgment of quality control of concrete in field.
