本研究的目的是應用地理資訊系統(GIS)之技術,首先配合不安定指數法之概念,建立一套評估區域性坡地安定之計量分析方法,針對不同狀況建置適宜之製圖模式,分析推論並設定各項影響災害發生的關鍵環境變數因子,進行崩塌潛感圖之建置。給予個別崩塌影響因子評分及權重,再透過GIS製圖模式的運算,評定崩塌敏感區之等級及空間分佈情形。本研究亦嘗試建立一套較合理的區域性山坡穩定評估流程,進一步將主成份分析法引入山崩潛感分析中,分別以上述兩種方法進行山崩潛感分區,選擇陳有蘭溪集水區為研究對象,經資料蒐集後萃取之山崩潛感因子包括:坡度、高程、土壤、土地利用、距河系距離。
本研究結果發現不安定指數法在分析危險區域、危險河道、辨識率的表現上都明顯優於主成分分析法;另外,在本研究區域崩塌潛感分析中,高程、土壤、距河系距離等三個因子,扮演著關鍵性的角色。再者,單獨以不安定指數法的分析而言,距河係距離對崩塌地的影響最大;而主成份分析法則以坡度對崩塌地的影響最大。

The main purpose of the study was to utilize the Geographic Information System (GIS) to develop a quantitative approach to evaluate regional land-slide hazards in the mountainous areas along the Chan-Yu-Lan Creek basin in central Taiwan. First, the “dangerous value method DVM” was used to analyze the effects of selected environmental factors for the development of land-slide hazard map in compliance with various mapping techniques suitable for the study area. According to the research data collected, 5 environmental factors were selected (slope angle, altitude, soil type, land-use, and river-distance) for the study. A weighting system was designed and calculated to represent the weight of each factor for evaluating the land-slide hazards and to categorize the study area into various hazard levels with respect to associated spatial distribution patterns.
The study also introduced the “principle component method PCM” in developing a rational approach for the regional land-slide hazard analysis as to produce a comparable hazard map for the study area. Results of the study indicated that the PCM exhibit superior performance than DVM in analyzing and identifying the high land-slide potential areas in the study area. Also, in general, altitude, soil-type and river-distance are the most critical factors in determining the hazards as revealed by the study results. Specifically, the factor “river-distance” and “slope angle” is the most influential factor as proven by the DVM and PCM, respectively.
