本研究以敲擊回音法檢測現場水工混凝土版狀構造物厚度,評估取代現行採用破壞性之鑽心試驗作為工程品質驗收及爾後安全檢查之可行性研究。研究結果顯示底部為原工址土壤或舊有混凝土版之新建混凝土版厚度檢測方面,頗具可行性。惟由本次檢測結果,顯示現場混凝土有高度非均質之特性,在同一區塊不同測點之波速可能會有大小不同之差異,例如混凝土澆置後遭高速水流沖蝕及河川砂石撞擊,可能於混凝土表面形成微裂縫;或混凝土澆置時可能造成骨材沉澱或有泌水現象發生時,會使混凝土表面形成弱層,致混凝土表面P波波速比混凝土內部P波波速偏低,在此情形下當混凝土版厚度愈深P波走的路徑愈長時,以表面P波波速代表內部P波波速,則檢測結果將有明顯之誤差。有必要進一步研究及改良檢測方法以縮小厚度量測之容頂~差範圍。 |

The study is aimed
to evaluate the feasibility of using the impact-echo method to replace
the conventional destructive core test for estimating the thickness of
the plate-like structure in water resource engineering. Promising
results were shown for plates, such as the bottom of water channels
constructed above the soil-ground or old channel site. However, errors
may be produced using the P-wave measured on the surface to calculate
the thickness of the thick-hydraulic plate structure because of the
large variances of the surface condition. The micro-cracking damages of
the surface may produce by hydraulic scouring occurring in the flooding
season and lead to lower surface P-wave speed. For the newly constructed
structure, variance in P-wave speed may occur due to surface breeding or
the sink of the coarse aggregate. More serious error can be produce for
detecting the thicker plate. Thus, more researches for improving the
test method have to be proceeded. |
