	- Package ttylinux into mk-boot-linux so that there is no
	  need to download, mount loop, and so on. Lots of hassles
	  are avoided and network is no longer needed for running
	  mk-boot-usb.
	- Add "-o ro" when mounting usb for displaying partial
	  lists of original files. Hopefully this will remove
	  the occasional bizaar situations that later umount
	  command complains device busy.

	- Downloaded ttylinux iso image is now put in /tmp.
	  Systems using unionfs have trouble mounting loop devices
	  located in one of the unionfs branches. In such systems,
	  /tmp is typically mounted as tmpfs and is therefore safe.
