S. degree from the institute of computer engineering in 1990, both from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taipei, Taiwan. In 1998, he received the Ph.D. degree from the department of applied mathematics in computer science sessions, National Chung Tsing University. He is now a professor at the Department of Information Management and a Dean at college informatics in Chaoyang University of Technology, Taichung, Taiwan. He has been a Fellow of IET since July, 2011. His research interests include web technology, domain ontology, pattern recognition and knowledge engineering. Top <hr size=2 width="100%" align=center>
