BIOGRAPHICAL NOTES

    Long-Sheng Chen is a Distinguished Professor of Department of Information Management, Chaoyang University of Technology (CYUT), Taiwan. From 2012 to 2023, he is Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and for Academic Affairs, respectively. He received his Ph.D. in Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan in 2006, and his BS and MS degrees both in industrial management from National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan in 1998 and 2000, respectively. His research activities include data mining, social networking, quality management, and customer relationship management.
