重質混凝土結構主要多做為防輻射用途,而非以強度為主要目的;其配比及拌製方式與普通混凝土略有不同,必須以金屬礦物等高密度材料來增加混凝土單位重,並透過金屬礦物來達成隔絕輻射之效果。若重質混凝土構件產生裂縫,則影響範圍不僅僅只是構件本身強度以及耐久性之折減,尚須考慮輻射外洩之潛伏危機。尤其台灣位處地震帶上,若屏蔽結構物遭受地震影響,結構體之安全性固然要加強,但是否能免除裂縫產生則有待檢討;因此,必須針對如何加強重質混凝土構件之抗裂性進行深入之了解,做為日後偵測、評估及修復之參考。 另外,在纖維混凝土之應用及發展上,由於纖維之摻入而得以改進混凝土的抗拉、抗彎和脆裂的性質,因此再使用上能突破一般混凝土傳統性的使用範圍。 本研究主要在添加不同含量之鋼纖維於重質混凝土中,再與一般混凝土做為比較,藉以探討其力學性質及韌性改變情況;韌性評估部份將參考美國國家標準規範中之試驗規範。由本研究結果得知,鋼纖維加勁重質混凝土之空氣含量隨著纖維量之增加而增加,且坍度亦隨著損失;在基本力學性質方面,添加鋼纖維後對重質混凝土之抗拉性有明顯助益,但抗壓強度與彈性模數卻隨著纖維量增加而降低;並且添加鋼纖維之重質混凝土其韌性指數亦隨著纖維量之增加而有增加的趨勢。 |

Most of heavy concrete structures are designed for radiation protection rather strength purpose. Its mix design and fabrication are quite different from normal concrete, which constituent contains metal aggregate that is used to increase the unit weight of concrete and isolate radiation. As crack takes place in heavy concrete structures, not only the strength of the cracked structure has to be evaluated, but the crisis of radiation leaking will be the seriously issue. Especially the Taiwan Island is on a seismic belt. If the screened structure was influenced of an earthquake, the security of structure must be reinforced. Hence, it is significant to figure out the process while the crack is being developed, and that will be helpful for detection, assessment and retrofitting. This research attempts to realize the mechanical properties and toughness of fiber-reinforced heavy concrete. Its including add the different volume of the steel fiber into the mix design, and mix the same mix design of the mortar. According to the results obtained from the test, the air content appears growing with the increase of steel fiber content. The elastic modulus and the compressive strength of steel fiber reinforcement heavy concrete decrease with the increase of steel fiber content. The tension strength and toughness index of steel fiber reinforced heavy concrete increase with the increase of steel fiber content. |
