    摘要(中) 摘 要
    農田水利事業隨著工商業蓬勃的發展,社會型態轉變,農田水利會因扮演推行政府政策,水利建設不僅侷限於農田水利事業,對於區域排水、環境衛生相關設施等亦需考量。因此,水利會為永續經營,必須投資大量人力及時間保存維護相關的資料。諸如渠道管理、地籍管理、會有財產管理、以及每年投資興建的水利設施、地點分佈、圖形資料等。
    本研究即針對上述問題,在今日水資源短缺及人力精簡狀況下,為提高經營效率,選擇彰化農田水利會福東工作站及二林工作站為研究示範區,藉以現代科技,由地理資訊系統為基礎及其資料庫建置,提供給操作者較為方便的查詢弁遄A同時能顯示圖形與文字的使用介面,提供快速的完整資訊與資料管理。
    摘要(英) Application of Geographic Information Systems
    to Irrigation Facility Management
    ABSTRACT
    As the industry and development rising and flourishing, the irrigation association played an important role of carrying out the governmental policy.Irrigation association invests a large number of manpower and time for preserving relation data so as to operating irrigation reconstruction managing irrigation ditch, managing the map of farmland, managing of property, investing facilities of irrigation etc.
    This research counters the problem of how to improve the management efficiency under such a situation of the water resource and economizing the manpoweras describing above. In this research decision supporting system based on Geographic Information System soft was designed for solving the problem.Two demo stration cases Fu-Dong and Erh-Lin workstations of the Chang-Hua irrigation association, were chosen to display the system This system can provide more efficient functions to operators,such as integrating the script and image and providing more completely and rapidly information.
