| 摘要(中) | 中文摘要 磁磚是台灣建築物外牆使用最多的裝飾建材，磁磚工程若要表現精緻品質除施工作業確實外，需要事前精細的整磚計算規劃。而磁磚規劃必須熟悉各種續接組合型式及相對應的尺寸計算程式，但實務上卻因設計者現場經驗不足，導致藍圖尺寸不能符合整磚規劃需求；而磁磚規劃型式繁雜計算細瑣，費時耗力錯失難免，故輔助磁磚規劃之計算作業系統的發展有其必要。 本研究彙整現場磁磚貼作型式，將各型式與磁磚規格、結構斷面及磁磚完成面尺寸等，相互關係之計算程式，運用Excel 建立規劃表格，以ROUND函數獲得合宜整磚數，再運用IF函數將整體建築立面外凸梁柱、牆面開窗等非同一平面、同一型式的區塊組合成多單元之規劃計算系統；並以文獻案例及實務工程案件證實本研究系統可以省略運算程序，提昇作業效率，使規劃作業簡易、迅速、正確、完善。 | |||
| 摘要(英) | ABSTRACT Tiles are the most used material for the decoration on external face of buildings in Taiwan. Usually the placement of tiles is limited by the size of the tiles, the height of floors, the span of columns, and the dimension of cross section area between columns. Therefore, it hardly places tiles without cutting them. In order to reduce the tile-cutting task, tile placement plan has to be performed in advance. However, doing such is tedious and time consuming and could be trial-error if none tile-cut trying to be reached. This research uses Microsoft EXCEL to establish calculating forms for automatically performing tile placement plan. The forms allow users entering the size of tile, the height of floors, the span of columns, and the dimension of cross section area between columns. The number of tiles which should be placed in any section then can be easily reached. | |||
