    摘要(中) 台灣高速鐵路工程,政府以BOT之方式發包,並由台灣高鐵公司取得35年之興建及經營權。高鐵公司計畫在四年半內完成全長約326公里之土建工程,為了達成這個目標,除了採用包含細部設計及施工(Design and Build)之發包策略外。由於將來高鐵營運安全之特殊需求,故結構型態多採用高架橋設計,合計全長為242公里約佔總長度73%。為縮短施工時間,因此必須採用施工速率較快、且易於掌握工程品質的工法,因此全跨徑預鑄吊裝工法﹙Pre-cast and Lunching Full Span Method,簡稱為PLSM工法﹚,及支撐先進工法﹙Movable Scaffolding System 簡稱MSS工法﹚。成為高鐵為達成如期完工之選擇。
    由於高鐵橋梁工程大規模採用PLSM及MSS施工,且以細部設計及施工之發包方式在國內算是首例。因此本研究以前述工法施工之高鐵三個較典型的標段為案例,透過現場實際紀錄與觀察,及對承包商之現場工程師及經營管理者之訪察。計算出MSS工法以發專業包商或自辦方式,不同管理方式之施工成本並作比較。另計算出PLSM之工程成本,再與前述MSS工法兩種管理方式取較佳者與之做比較,並依工資、材料等細分為六類成本作進一步分析,以供營造業者參考。
    摘要(英) The North-south high-speed railway project is contract to Taiwan High Speed Railway Company (THSRC) in the form of BOT (Built, Operation & Transfer) for operating up to 35 years. The railway will start operation within four and half years after contract to THSRC, the design and construction both are awarded to the same contractor to minimize to the time needed for civil work construction. Due to 73% of route will be elevated bridges, the Full-Span Pre-cast Launching for it is mature technique and fast turn over rate in construction schedule.
     The mass quantity of FPLM & MSS bridges contract contains both detail design and construction is new to civil field in this country. This research is to study 3 different contractors’ work on MSS and one contractor’s work on FPLM by site observation, recording and the management personal & site engineers to find out the difference of unit cost between FPLM and MSS. Cases study show that normally the unit cost for adopting or MSS as bridge construction method is less than the one of FPLM, and however if the length of bridge is more than 11 km, FPLM will cost lesser.
