    摘要(中) 「資源限制下重複性工程排程問題」近來為營建管理領域中活躍的研究課題。然而,過去研究多假設資源及資金供給均為確定值,因而無法反應實際施工狀況中牽涉之不確定性因素:專案資金供給、資源項目可作業時間、專案作業所需工作時間及資源所需工資等。結果將造成整個工程專案工期延誤或成本增加等不利影響。有鑑於此,本研究運用機率限制規劃(Chance Constrained Programming,CCP)嘗試求解資源及資金供給不確定條件下之重複性工程排程問題。並應用於C210標林口隧道實務案例結果顯示,本研究提出之機率限制規劃模式具有求解速度快與不隨施作單元及作業數目增加而增加限制式數目等優點,且能夠協助排程者找出對於專案工期較具影響性之資源項目,進而提供重要管理資訊。
    摘要(英) Scheduling projects with repetitive working operations (so-called repetitive projects) under the limit constraints of resource (crew and equipment) and funding has been an active subject to investigate in the construction management domain. Yet past research typically assumed the limits of resource and funding can be expressed as deterministic values and overlooked the possible uncertainty in the following areas: funding supply, activity durations, available resource times, and unit costs of resources. The present study intends to alleviate this problem by applying Chance Constrained Programming (CCP) to schedule repetitive projects under stochastic limits of resources and funding. The feasibility of the generated solution has been validated by comparison with Monte Carlo simulation. The proposed CCP model has been applied to the project of Case C210, Tunnel Lin-Kou. The application result is used to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed model. Sensitivity analysis of the proposed model has been shown useful in helping project planners schedule and control projects with confidence.
