    摘要(中) 磁磚材料具防水性良好及色彩搭配豐富等優點,因此大多用為建築物外牆裝修及建築物遮陽避雨之主要材料,但早晚溫度與濕度之變化可能導致磁磚與牆面或地面之黏著層界面破壞,再加上施工品質良窳不齊,更易造成磁磚剝落或產生潛在缺陷之情形發生,進而對建築物耐久性及外觀造成影響, 甚至危及公共安全。本研究以紅外線熱影像法( InfraredThermography, IRT)、敲擊回音(Impact-Echo Method)及打診法(HammerTapping)等三種檢測方法進行磁磚黏貼品質檢測,並比較三者之間的檢測結果,期望提昇以非破壞技術評估磁磚施工品質的可靠性與實用性。
      三種方法中以紅外線熱影像法較可快速及大範圍檢測磁磚缺陷;而敲擊回音法雖可檢測出磁磚缺陷,但須有正確之參數才能準確預估缺陷範圍;打診法雖不能估計磁磚缺陷範圍,但本法使用之器具較為簡便,可用錢幣及鐵鎚等即可做檢測。
    摘要(英) Ceramic tiles are frequently used in building construction. The performance of the ceramic tiles can be reduced due to extreme weather conditions and poor
    workmanship. Current study focuses on the inspection of bond quality of tiled-wall systems. Nondestructive techniques include infrared thermography (IRT), impact-echo, and coin tapping were applied and evaluated for this
    quality issue. The results indicated that IRT was an effective method for fast inspection of a large area of tiles on a building exterior. The drawback of IRT
    lies in that its applicability is subjected to weather condition and the equipment is very costly. On the other hand, impact-echo and coin tapping are cost-effective for point-by-point inspection. The author therefore concludes that IRT can be used for a quick screening of the building exterior. Either impact-echo or coin tapping can then be applied for detail inspection of selected positions of the tiled-wall system.
