本研究係以國道3號第二高速公路北、中及南部計四個路段之橋梁伸縮縫裝置為範圍,經調查及專業廠商實訪,進而統計分析出各型式橋梁伸縮縫裝置之使用率、損壞率及維修成本等資訊。研究成果如下: 1.
研究路段中齒型(含豎齒型)伸縮縫裝置設計使用率最高,計有58.3%;其次為模組型伸縮縫裝置,計有40.7%;模組型伸縮縫裝置損壞比例約為齒型(含豎齒型)伸縮縫裝置損壞比例的2.02倍。 2.
模組型及齒型橋梁伸縮縫裝置前兩年使用之損壞維修率均較高,故可作為相關單位於編列橋梁伸縮縫裝置維修預算及檢視作業之參考。 3.
國道3號第二高速公路車流量大幅度成長為橋梁伸縮縫於通車後,短時間內即發生損壞之一大要因。 4.
模組型伸縮縫裝置平均維修成本為548,032元,較齒型伸縮縫裝置165,000元為高。 |

This study is to
explore the life-time cost for construction expansion joint devices of
bridges. A survey including investigating the installation and
maintenance cost, types of expansion joint devices, and durability of
expansion joint is conducted. The investigating results are summarized
as follows.
• 58.3 % of the expansion joints are finger plate
type which is the most frequent used devices. The modular type takes the
other 40.7%. • The proportion of damages found in modular type is
about 2.02 times as the one found in finger plate type. • The average
repaired cost for finger plate type and modular type expansion joint
devices are NT$165,000 and NT$548,032, respectively. • The lifetime
for modular type expansion joint device is as 3.15 time as higher as the
one for finger plate type expansion joint device. |
