| 摘要(中) | 資源掌控是否得宜為左右工程進行順利與否的因子之一，然在探討資源掌控之問題時，絕大多數研究僅以原物料、機具與勞工間彼此數量配合，以期達到符合工期且成本最少之目標。但三項資源中以勞工最為特殊，因營建業仍為高度需求勞力之行業，且多數營建業工作為中度勞力負荷以上工作，容易使勞工產生疲勞而降低生產力與產生傷害，此時若能依勞工生理狀態與工作強度，在適當的時間點上安排適度的休息將可避免之。 因此，本研究重心在於避免勞工長時間於過度勞力付出，在工作流程中安排適度休息與安排工作強度不同作業輪替，用以減低造成疲勞累積可能帶來的傷害與生產力降低的情形發生。本研究以Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0程式，撰寫基於勞工生理狀況之工作指派軟體，因可行解空間龐大，故利用基因演算法來求得最適工作指派流程。 本研究所提出之符合勞工生理之工作指派軟體，經案例驗證，使用者只需輸入工作條件與勞工生理狀況，程式便可迅速安排工作流程，產生出整體指派工作單與個人指派工作單。此兩種工作單上資訊有該天各工作項目流程與其開始結束時間，勞工可知道該時間點上之工作為何，且對現場監工者而言，便可作為有效掌控人力資源之參考依據。以期勞工在依據軟體所產出的工作指派流程下，安全迅速地完成工作，亦可做為未來依勞力付出之定薪參考。 | |||
| 摘要(英) | Construction jobs such as steel and form assembly usually require labors involving intensive physical workload. If the workload placed on the worker is too high in relation to the person’s capacity for sustained physical work, fatigue unavoidably will develop. In such case, the worker’s production rate will influenced as well. As a result, the schedule may be tardy due to such loss of labors’ production rate. Therefore, it is necessary to take physical workload placed on labors into account when the tasks are assigned to workers. A genetic algorithms-based job rotation scheduling model is developed for facilitating the leveling of labors’ physical workload. The purpose of leveling the labors’ physical workload is to reduce the possibility of causing fatigue due to the unbalanced job assignment on workers. Case study shows the model can effectively locate the optimal solutions for reaching the objective. | |||
