營建專案中免不了有土方開挖之相關工程,如山坡地、新社區、工業區之整地開發或高速公路、鐵路、機場等交通建設工程中,常有大量之土石方挖填工作(林憶田,1999),開發金額比重有時佔土建總工程費用之20%甚至30%以上,其土方工程的盈虧往往取決於挖填方工作之規劃與調派(簡德和,2004)。 本研究擬建立最佳派送土方模式,考慮傾卸卡車往返棄土場時間、棄土場收取土質性質與收費成本、機具數量與相關操作費用等,以求快速有效節省成本方式進行派送。尋求土方工程派送運輸車隊最佳化以提升生產力,並計算車隊之最低成本與土方工程之最適工期,提供土方工程排程規劃者之參考。 |

Many residential or
commercial buildings in Taiwan are faced to be renovated. Most of them
were demolished and new taller buildings are therefore constructed at
the same sites. In addition, more soil has to be removed because usually
new projects require more excavation for deeper basement. As a result,
careful plan for the earth moving operations play an important role in
the early phase of many residential and commercial building projects
scheduling in Taiwan. This study proposes a genetic algorithms-based
model that arranges the truck fleet aiming at minimizing both the earth
moving operations time and cost. Trucks used during the operations are
guided by the model where to dump the earth based on several factor such
as material loaded on truck and traveling time to the dump site. Case
study shows the model can efficiently locate the optimal arrangements of
truck fleet. |
