    摘要(中) 20世紀初預拌混凝土(Ready Mixed Concrete,RMC)首先被引入營建工業並且被廣泛地使用。由於水泥水化作用,預拌混凝土的使用受到時間的限制,預拌廠派送人員同時考慮即時性和適用性,盡可能在短時間內確定將預拌車派送至不同的工地;而派送人員通常基於個人經驗分配派送,如此常造成無效率的派送並可能造成潛在利潤的損失。因此,如何在短時間內確定預拌車有效率的派送排程對預拌廠而言是一重要課題。
    隨著資訊科技與電子通訊技術的發展,全球定位系統(Global Positioning System,GPS)近年來廣泛應用於各領域,例如:車輛定位、車輛監控、測量等。因此,本研究在裝有GPS設備之預拌車進行收集資料,透過無線通訊系統(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)能即時將預拌車的位置與速度資料不斷傳回預拌廠,經由傳回的行車數據與歷史行車資料進行分析計算,用以預估預拌車之剩餘旅行時間並更新歷史行車資料庫;本研究應用電腦模擬技術,結合基因演算法與中華電信公司開發之「商用車輛監控派遣管理服務系統」,以發展預拌車即時派送模式。
    研究結果顯示此派送模式能即時更新歷史行車資料庫,以預估預拌車未來之旅行時間,使得預拌車往返於預拌廠與工地之旅行時間能更符合實際狀況;而藉由此模式之協助,能快速產生有效率及彈性的預拌車派送排程,提升預拌車的利用率,進而達到企業最大利潤。
    摘要(英) At the beginning 20 century, RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) was introduced in the industry of construction at first and widely used. Due to the cement hydrate action, the using of RMC within certain limits by time, they need to consider the immediateness and application when the batch plant dispatcher, also try to dispatch RMC truck to different site; however dispatcher usually deliver by personally experience. In this case, they deliver it always inefficiency and might lose profit. Therefore, how to make sure within a short time if the RMC trucks dispatches to the batch plant exactly according to the schedule time is a vital issue.
    With development of information science and tech communication technology, GPS (Global Positioning System) have been applied to many fields extensively recent years. For example: vehicle fixed position, vehicle supervision, and measure etc. There we had a research to those RMC trucks has GPS on it, thronging GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) we keep sending information of the position and speed of RMC trucks back to batch plant, Comparing and calculation the historical driving information and those been sent back, we use the information to evaluate the over plus time of driving information and update the historical driving data. This research combines computer simulation technology with the Genetic Algorithms calculation and “Commercial Vehicle Monitor delivery management service system” made by Chunghwa Telecom to developing the Mode of RMC trucks dispatching schedule.
    The result of this research shows that the dispatching schedule model could update historical driving data immediately to evaluate the future RMC trucks travel time, which makes RMC trucks state of corresponding to reality when commute from batch plant and site. By the assistance dispatching schedule model that can product the efficient and elasticity for RMC trucks dispatching schedule in a short time, besides it can enhance the percentage of using the RMC trucks in order to make the most for company.
