本研究主要目的為建立火害後現場試驗評估的新方法,以透地雷達檢測法評估受火害混凝土結構物可能之火害現場溫度,及訂定量化標準研判混凝土表面劣化程度。研究使用1GHz天線,經由實驗分析採用抬高天線與受測物距離30cm方式檢測混凝土,將測得混凝土反射波形計算出介電常數,並選擇反射脈衝波形1又1/2振幅面積來做為量測標的,將火害前後振幅面積計算求得衰減常數,比較火害前後混凝土之差異性。經由檢測分析得知混凝土火害前介電常數明顯大於混凝土火害後介電常數。火害溫度500℃與600℃之介電常數檢測結果變異性小,且介電常數隨著火害溫度而有規律性的下降;火害800℃介電常數變異數數大,且介電常數與火害溫度沒有成規律性下降,原因為混凝土表面剝落,造成檢測結果不準。衰減常數對於不同火害溫度也有明顯趨勢,由火害溫度500℃的衰減常數約0.98,600℃的衰減常數約1.3,可明顯看出衰減常數和混凝土火害溫度有明顯的相關性;將GPR測得介電常數以文獻中孔隙率計算公式計算孔隙率,發現以Wiener公式所求孔隙率與壓汞儀測得孔隙率相近。

Main purpose of the research was to develop a new test method to evaluate concrete damage after fire damage using ground penetration radar. In the study, 1 GHz antenna is used and is arranged 30 cm away from the specimens. The small concrete blocks and big concrete plate were constructed for the experiment. The dielectric constant and the attenuation index obtained by the first 1 and 1/2 waveforms reflected from the concrete surface are used as the parameters. The dielectric constants decrease regularly with the fire before 600℃. For fire temperature 800℃, the dielectric constant becomes unstable as the concrete surface peels off. The attenuation index is 0.98 at fire temperature 500℃, and is 1.3 at 600℃. The porosity of deteriorated concrete was estimated by the measured dielectric constant through Wiener formula. It was found the void ratios obtained by the mercury intrusion proximity (MIP) are consistent to the void ratio obtained from the dielectric constants for concrete withstanding high temperature.
