摘要(中):
混凝土結構物常因不良的環境因素、外力作用或施工不當之影響,造成各種裂縫產生,甚至剝離損壞。當裂縫產生時應儘早進行修補,以避免裂縫持續擴大,影響結構物的安全。目前國內工程界對於各種型態及寬度的混凝土結構物裂縫,其修補材料的選擇及適用性,並無明確的規範可供依循,以致造成修補成效的良莠不齊,且無法提供一個安全可靠的保證。
本研究主要針對活性粉質砂漿及無收縮水泥砂漿這二種修補材料,以不同水泥量及含砂量之配比,對不同寬度裂縫修補之適用性,做一系統之檢驗,並以臨界應力強度因子及破壞能來評估其破裂韌性。
由試驗結果顯示,二種修補材料對於混凝土撓曲型裂縫的修復指數,皆會隨著含砂量的增加而提升,且對於5mm寬裂縫的修復成效較佳。對於破裂韌性的修復指數,亦有隨著含砂量增加而提升的趨勢,但過高的含砂量對破壞能修復指數則助益不大。若以修補材料與混凝土界面之膠結性能而言,活性粉質砂漿優於無收縮水泥砂漿。

Concrete structures frequently exist various types of cracks even disintegration due to inferior factors such as environment, excessive loading or improper constructions. When cracks take place, it is necessary to repair against to prevent the deterioration. Currently, there is no specific code to regulate the selections for repairing materials and their applicability to divergent types and widths of cracks, neither of the practical means to offer more reliable guarantee.
This research aims at the cementitious type repair materials for concrete crack such as reactive powder mortar and non-shrinkage mortar with different amounts of binders and sand. They were employed to examine the applicability with different widths. Moreover, fracture toughness, such as critical stress intensity and fracture energy were investigated.
The testing results showed both repairing materials with the restoring index for the flexural crack increase with the increasing amount of sand. Besides, the restoring effect on the crack of 5mm width is super to that of 10mm. The restoring index of fracture toughness increases with the rising amount of sand. However, excessive amount of sand does not contribute to the restoring index of fracture energy. Reactive powder mortar turns out to be better in strength and fracture toughness than non-shrinkage mortar does.
