摘要(中):
橫撐應用於冷軋型框架中能將各立柱有效的連接成一體且能傳遞載重,一般牆高大於3m時更有其使用之必要性,國內輕隔間牆體大都將其使用於住宅與商業大樓,組裝模式採用槽鋼架撐並附加矽酸鈣板,而較無其他材料或型式作為替代,因此國內對冷軋型鋼框架系統的各種橫撐組裝行為效應亦有探討之必要性。
  本論文進行研究的冷軋型框架,將上下槽鋼與橫撐構材利用自攻螺絲連接於立柱上,然而此框架之設計中,橫撐與自攻螺絲主要是固定立柱位置與傳遞載重之效果,並無承受軸向力之作用,因此本研究乃針對立柱有無橫撐時之破壞強度做一系列的探討。本研究利用實驗來獲得相關數據,與AISI規範與AS/NZS規範的預測強度進行比較探討,但規範對框架內的受壓構材有效強度因子並無明確之定義與建議值,因此本研究比較國外相關文獻建議的有效長度因子,並依本研究的實驗數據決定試體的適當有效長度因子以供相關研究或設計使用。最後並藉由套裝軟體SAP 2000,來模擬框架受壓時的破壞強度,並作為參考。
  由實驗的結果與分析可知,橫撐對於框架系統的強度是具有正面意義的,而且其破壞模式也會因橫撐的型式而改變。至於框架的破壞強度也會因材料厚度、構材長度與尺寸的不同而有所改變,除此之外,立柱間距對於框架之強度也是具有影響的因素之一。

The role of bracing utilized in the cold-formed steel wall framing not only can connect studs but also can increase the axial loads. It is necessary to use the bracing for walls higher than 3 m. The wall framing system used in the domestic market are most in the residential and commercial buildings. Different from other countries, channel bridging as the type of bracing and silicate boards as the wall sheathing are very common to observe in Taiwan. Therefore, it is important and interested to investigate the behavior of the domestic cold-formed steel wall framing system.
Cold-formed steel wall framing consists of several wall studs acting as columns, top and bottom tracks and bracing members. In the assembly of wall framing, self-drilling screws are used to connect tracks and bracing members to the studs. This study is concentrated on the strength of cold-formed steel wall framing with or without bracing. The comparisons were made between the test results and the predictions computed based on AISI-Code and AS/NZS 4600-Code. The effective length factors for the cold-formed steel framing under compression are not clearly defined and provided in the related specification. The suggested effective length factors are proposed according to the test evaluation. A software named SAP2000 was also conducted to simulate the behavior of wall framing in this research.
Based on the test results, the strength of cold-formed steel wall framing was found to be increased by using bracing, and the buckling mode was observed to be different due to the change of bracing type. Several other factors such as member length, member dimension, and material thickness can affect the strength of cold-formed steel wall framing. In addition, the spacing of wall studs is also a important factor to the strength of wall framing.
