摘要(中):
本研究乃是利用拉拔試驗法與彎裂試驗法來評估現地混凝土構件之抗壓強度。拉拔試驗與彎裂試驗皆屬於混凝土強度非破壞檢測法之一種,本研究將引進此兩種混凝土強度檢測法,建立檢測技術,並評估該檢測法應用於現地混凝土強度評估之可行性。本研究之主要工作有下列兩項:
(一) 建立拉拔試驗法與彎裂試驗法之檢測技術
(二) 評估兩種試驗法應用於現場混凝土強度評估之可行性
由於上述兩種試驗法量測之物理量並非直接代表混凝土之抗壓強度,因此本研究將以實驗室試驗方式,找出該試驗法之物理量與混凝土抗壓強度之關係性,建立關係曲線。在完成實驗室關係曲線之建立後,選定與實驗室混凝土相同配比之寶山第二水庫準備施工之混凝土構造物為現場施測對象。研究結果發現,拉拔試驗無論是在試驗操作性、結果之穩定性與準確性均有相當優異的表現,相較之下,彎裂試驗則較不理想。因此對於新建工程之混凝土強度評估,拉拔試驗將是具有推廣潛力的檢測技術。
摘要(英):
This research is aimed to use pull-out test and break-off test to estimate the in-place compressive strength of concrete. The pull-out test and break-off test are both nondestructive test methods. There are two major purposes for this study:
1.Develop standard test procedures for the pull-out test and break-off test.
2.Study the feasibility of using the two nondestructive tests methods to estimate the in-place strength of concrete.
The physical values measured by the pull-out test and break-off test are not the in-place compressive strength of concrete. In this research, the relation between the measured value and the in-place compressive strength will be established using specimens cast in laboratory. After that, in this research, the structural concrete in Bao-Shan second reservoir was chosen to be the target of in-place practice. The research result shows the pull-out test is better than break-off test in test operation, stability and accuracy of test result. Therefore, for estimating strength of the new concrete construction, pull-out test has the potential to be used in practice.
