| 國軍區域教學醫院近年來面臨醫院間之激烈競爭，且軍方將於93及96年施行「國軍精簡員額方案」，使軍方醫院之經營比往昔面對更多更大的挑戰。而醫院工務組織的業務職掌範圍佔全院醫療結構服務品質要素的40％，所以工務組織在醫院行政體系中扮演極重要的角色，故研究改革完成國軍區域教學醫院工務室的組織再造，是醫療面臨轉型必做的重要應變措施之一。本研究利用訪談方式瞭解國軍松山、桃園、台中、高雄、左營、花蓮等六家區域教學醫院之工務組織現況，並為使研究分析更加周延及結果受到肯定，同時採用兩種分析方法，即以事實之內外部環境作SWOT策略分析及在假設問題條件下作問卷結果統計分析，之後提出一套新的工務組織再造方案，可於國軍區域教學醫院中執行。 | ||

| The military regional teaching hospitals are faced with violent competition between hospitals in recent years. The military hospitals are going to downsize both in 2004 and 2007. Hence, it causes more challenges to manage the military hospitals. However, the work of the engineering organization in a hospital occupied about 40% of the entire construction service. So, the engineering organization plays an important role in the hospital administration system. Therefore, to study the reformation of the engineering organization in military regional teaching hospitals is one of the important events of medical service. This study adopted an interview method to understand the current conditions of the engineering organization in the military regional teaching hospitals of Sungshan, Taoyuan, Taichung, Kaohsiung, Tzuoying and Hualian. In order to make the analysis more deliberate and approvable, we used two methods of analysis. The first one is the SWOT tactics analysis. The second one is the statistical analyses of questionnaire results. Then, a new scheme is proposed in order to reform the engineering organization. The scheme is executable in the military regional teaching hospitals. | ||
