摘要(中):
通常結構物的品質,都必須在混凝土結構物澆注後28天,透過場鑄或現場製作的混凝土圓柱試體,進行抗壓試驗判斷其混凝土結構物的優劣,然而試體的養護與現地結構條件不同,使抗壓試驗結果代表性不大。爲了能夠更快的瞭解結構物澆注後的品質,本研究應用工業用內視鏡、超音波、敲擊回音、乾點式超音波uk-1401及X-射線螢光分析儀,進行檢測與判斷優劣。
本研究參考現地結構物,製作一根 柱試體,在試體澆注時,進行第一時間的檢測,且在拆模前能隨時進行觀察,大略的掌握試體內部的情況;拆摸後應用超音波、敲擊回音及乾點式超音波uk-1401三種儀器,分別於拆模後1天、7天、14天、28天、61天及91天等齡期進行檢測,並藉此推測試體內部的缺陷;接著應用X-射線螢光分析儀,分析混凝土內是否含有有害成分;最後將齡期114天的試體進行抗壓,加壓至40ton,再量測其波速,比較抗壓前後,混凝土內部缺陷波速之變化,結果發現,工業用內視鏡確實能在澆注的同時,觀看到混凝土內部的瑕疵;透過抗壓試驗前後波速的量測,可以明顯的看到,有瑕疵的地方波速與抗壓前相差甚大,特別是高度112cm處,由此也可推論內部缺陷對結構物品質的影響程度。

Quality control of the casting process of reinforced concrete has significant effects on the structural safety. The strength of a concrete member by the presence of internal defects such as honeycomb, cracking, and air voids. The objective of the current study is to investigate the casting process of a full-size concrete member by means of nondestructive testing methods. The casting process was monitored through pre-drilled holes in the mold using an optical boroscope. Visual inspection of the material characteristics in side the concrete member was performed based on the recoded images. Elastic wave methods were also applied for P-wave velocity measurements on the surface of the concrete member between one and 91 days after the mold had been removed. Damages were then introduced by use of a bending test. The results showed that both the boroscope image and the contour map of P-wave velocity were effective means for concrete casting quality.
