摘要(中):
台灣地區施工產生營建剩餘土石方數量龐大,若能推展營建剩餘土石方妥善再生利用,必能降低營建剩餘土石方產量對環境的衝擊。
本研究利用不同的再生材料(混凝土碎塊、磚碎塊)、舊新骨材比例(100/0、70/30、30/70、0/100)、混凝土配比(1:2:4、1:3:5)以及再生骨材表面的淨化程度,透過一系列試驗探討其對於再生混凝土的強度影響。本研究結果發現,再生混凝土強度隨再生骨材之比例增加而降低,完全使用100%再生混凝土碎塊及磚碎塊骨材混凝土強度分別為使用全新天然骨材之混凝土強度79%及70%。實驗結果顯示,當再生骨材比例超過65%(水泥配比1:2:4)與55%(水泥配比1:3:5)時,再生混凝土強度開始顯著下降,故本研究認為在任何情況下,混凝土使用再生骨材的比例不應超過60%。此外,敞若將再生混凝土骨材表面處理乾淨,其所澆置的混凝土強度與天然骨材所澆置的混凝土強度相當,因此若能將再生骨材淨化乾淨則可將其視為天然骨材使用。
一般而言,本研究認為營建廢棄物再生骨材經適當處理後,依工程強度需求及目的,應為可利用之材料。

The recycling use of the tremendous amount of construction demolition wastes produced from various types of construction has recently become an important issue in practice for reducing its negative impacts on the environment in Taiwan.
The study used 2 types of recycled aggregate from construction demolition wastes (crushed concrete and crushed masonry block) to study the compression strength of concrete at 2 mix ratios (1:2:4 and 1:3:5) thru a series of tests conducted with 2 selected parameters: recycle/new ratio and surface cleansing of the recycled aggregate. The results of the study revealed that, in general, the compression strength of the concrete decreases with increasing ratio of recycled aggregate used. The compression strength of concrete with 100% use of the recycled crushed concrete and crushed masonry block was 79% and 70% respectively of that of concrete mixed only with natural new aggregate. The results also indicated that, when the ratio of recycled aggregate used reached ~65% for mix ratio 1:2:4 and ~55% for mix ratio 1:3:5, the strength of the concrete started to decrease more rapidly with increasing recycled aggregate ratio. The study concluded that the recycled aggregate ratio used should never exceed 60% to avoid poor quality of the concretes using recycled aggregate under any circumstances. Also, if the surface is completely cleaned and washed, the recycled aggregates from crushed concrete can be used as natural new aggregate for mixing concrete.
In general, the results of the study suggested that, the recycled aggregates produced from construction demolition wastes can be a useful material for mixing concrete provided an appropriate engineering process is designed and conducted depending upon the strength requirements and purposes of the constructions.
