摘要(中):
本文主要在研究常重鋼筋混凝土樑構件之行為模式,並配合相關音射法監測來探討不同變數下樑試體之音射訊號特性及其力學行為模式。其變數有握裹模式、修補前後成效等,以期能初步探討音射法應用於監測鋼筋混凝土樑構件。
研究結果顯示鋼筋混凝土樑構件受載重作用下,其實際撓度值與理論撓度值有極佳的近似度,唯在拉力筋無握裹力時,其撓度相去甚遠。樑構件於降伏載重後進行修補,其極限承載力略高於修補前。由試驗結果驗證了音射法可應用於監測鋼筋混凝土樑構件之加載歷程;鋼筋混凝土樑中音射訊號來源主要可分為兩類:一為鋼筋與混凝土間握裹所產生的聲音,另一則為混凝土材料本身破裂所產生的聲音。修補後之鋼筋混凝土樑音射訊號則來自於新裂縫的發生或補強材料之音射特性。
摘要(英):
This research mainly studied on the mechanical behavior of different patterns of reinforced concrete beams and on investigating the signal characteristic of acoustic emission (AE) monitoring under different situations. The result showed that the reinforced concrete beam subject to load that deflects an actual displacement quite close to theorical displacement. For those unbonded RC beam, the results turn out extreme distinction. The yield load for those repaired RC beams turn out higher load capacity than those original beams. Acoustic emission can be applied to monitor load history of the reinforced concrete beam. The AE signal could mainly be divided into two portions: debonding between concrete and re-bar and cracking of concrete. The signal after repaired was mainly due to the new cracks of concrete or the repair material.
