摘要(中):
本研究之目的在模型箱內製作攪拌樁之複合土層,然後施以載重試驗,藉以評估剛性基礎下方之攪拌樁於不同之面積改良率、樁長之受載行為,包括攪拌樁與樁間土壤的載重分配比、樁頂沉陷量與載重之關係、樁身摩擦力分布、有效樁長等。研究中製作兩種型式(4、5支樁,面積改良率分別為28.27%、35.34%)之攪拌樁群,其上方覆以剛性承載版,逐次對剛性版中央施以垂直載重,量測樁頂垂直位移量與樁頂應力。
研究結果顯示,長徑比大之攪拌樁,當載重施加後攪拌樁承受載重的比例較大,而短樁在載重較大時承載比例則逐漸減小。攪拌樁在承受載重後,在樁身上部產生較大的摩擦力。中間樁之摩擦力略小於角落樁。在本研究中,攪拌樁複合土層的有效長徑比約在6.67~13.33之間。攪拌樁複合土層的沉陷明顯小於未改良的紅土土層,因此攪拌樁具有降低土壤之壓縮性和減少結構沉陷的成效。

The main purpose of this research is to study the bearing behavior of composite ground, including the influence of the ratio of mixing pile load to soil load, the relationship of deflection and load, by model load test. The main influence factors considered in this study including the improved area ratio, length of mixing pile, and mechanics properties of composite ground. A composite ground contained treated cement columns will be prepared, a rigid plate will be placed on the soil. The displacement of pile and pressure on pile head are measured in this study. The results of this study shows that piles bear more loading than soil as the pile with higher length-diameter ratio. But the bearing ratio of the shorter pile will be reduced when the loading of plate increases. Appling the force on the plate, the friction of pile surface is bigger on the top section of pile. The friction stress of the middle pile is slightly smaller than one of the corner pile. In the study, composite ground suitable length-diameter ratio is approximately between 6.67 and 13.33. The composite ground settlement obviously is smaller than the nontreated soil layer, therefore the composite ground can reduces compression of the soil, and the settlement of the structure.
