摘要(中):
近幾年來「電腦模擬」技術已在許多的領域中被廣為應用,而其在營建作業流程模擬中也成功的被應用。但電腦模擬在解決營建作業資源最佳化的問題上,以往皆使用窮舉法的方式一一的找尋最佳的生產組合,這種方法雖然一定可以尋找到最佳的資源組合,但由於其繁雜的計算過程常需耗費較多的時間,如此不僅不敷成本且不具效率。而近年來已有研究者以電腦模擬技術配合基因演算法(Genetic Algorithms;GAs)求解單目標營建作業資源最佳化問題,但都並未針對雙目標的問題進行研究。因此,本研究旨在應用電腦模擬的技術結合基因演算法與Pareto set並分別以成本與時間為兩個權衡目標來解決考量多項目標多類型資源組合最佳化之問題。而經本研究之案例驗證分析後發現營建作業流程模擬考量多項目標的分析機制,經基因演算法演算後確有明顯之收斂情形。且其提供之權衡解亦可作為決策者之參考依據。

Time-cost trade-off analysis is one of the important issues in the research of construction management domain. Existing method used in the time-cost trade-off analysis focus on using heuristics or mathematical programming. Recently, researchers pay attention to solve time-cost trade-off problem by using Genetic algorithms (GA). The research integrates GA and computer simulation to analyze the time-cost trade-off problem. Construction operations are modeled by simulation and different resource allocation scenarios are tested to see their impact of construction time and cost. Through GA, the time-cost trade-off curve can be located efficiently. Finally, user friendly GA/simulation software developed by this research is also presented.
