| 摘要(中) | 為確保台灣地區自然環境免受破壞，協助生態工法之推動，本研究於工程規劃設計、採購發包、監造、驗收及使用管理各階段，建構軍事營繕工程導入生態工法的內涵，並藉各項生態工程品質影響因素，建立簡易評估表，避免基層機關對生態工法無知而破壞自然環境。本文最後就兩工程實例進行引證並作檢討及分析，期能藉實例引證簡易評估表的可行性，將觀念落實於軍事營繕工程，並對台灣整體生態環境保護能有所助益。 綜合本研究之結論，摘要重點條列如下：(1)應加強生態工法於軍事工程訓練場地構建/維護中的定位。(2)軍事訓練場地生態工法的推動，是具有其相當高的可行性。(3)政府應統合資源，以政府的力量盡速完成國內的環境基礎資料庫的建置。(4)生態工法之推動應藉各種管道進行宣導與推廣，期建立一個融合政府政策、業主主觀條件、民意與專業週延性之推廣共識。 | |||
| 摘要(英) | For the sake of
making Ecological Construction Method more practical, making sure
natural environment not been damaged, and facilitating the promotion of
this method, this study introduces the mechanism of Ecological
Construction Method to all parties, no matter which stage the party gets
involved during the entire plan/design and construction procedure. The
development of check-list has been created based on the influences of
the ecosystem to avoid someone from damaging the natural environment due
to ignorance. Through the examples presented in this paper, we hope we can find the feasible model to get the concept implemented in every military construction works and to help improve Ecosystem in Taiwan. The conclusion of this reach has been extracted into the following main points.(1) The Ecological Construction Method should be included in the construction/maintenance of military training facilities.(2) It is more possible and feasible to promote the use of the Ecological Construction Method for military training facilities.(3) The Government needs to integrate all available resources to establish an useful database that contains the information about the local environment issues.(4) The government agencies need to promote the Ecological Construction Method through every possible means to encourage all related parties to adopt this Method. | |||
