    摘要(中) 台灣本島地質運動發展頻繁,若遭遇暴雨或地震侵襲,極易發生坡地災害。921地震後,台灣各地山坡地發生崩塌之比例增加,其後遭遇較大降雨所形成之土砂災害有日益嚴重的情形。有鑑於此,本研究擬以農委會公布之陳有蘭溪流域各潛勢溪流為分析單元,利用不同災害時期之SPOT衛星影像結合數值地型模型(DTM)資料,建立適用於本流域之崩塌地判釋流程,透過與桃芝颱風後能資所之崩塌地調查資料以及水保局災害調查結果相互驗證,進行崩塌地依時序列發展趨勢與各項指標量化之研究。
    研究結果顯示陳有蘭溪流域34個集水區歷經賀伯颱風後,崩塌地面積共增加了25.87公頃,植生指標平均降幅12%;921地震前由於植生逐漸恢復,但921地震後崩塌面積因坡地表面受震動破碎而又增加14.26公頃,植生指標降幅達7%;桃芝颱風前植生稍有恢復,當桃芝颱風過後之判釋結果顯示較桃芝前減少了6.95公頃;後期判釋結果則又增加了13.95公頃,植生指標亦有降幅達3%的程度。坡度因子與崩塌地面積之相關性分析結果顯示:分布於六級坡之崩塌地數量佔各級坡地面積總量之51%,此結果與各界對於崩塌地災害分布之研究成果相近。
    由集水區面積(A)與崩塌地面積(AL)建立迴歸公式;另外建立不同機率組合之崩塌地面積與流出土方量之關係方程式。
    摘要(英) The potential debris-flow creeks in the watershed of Chen-Yu-Lan River announced by Council of Agriculture are chosen for the study sites. Using satellite images during different periods combine with DTM data to establish the procedures which are suitable for landslide investigations in this watershed. Comparing the study results with the investigations by Energy and Resource Laboratories and the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau in Typhoon Toraji event, the procedures of landslide investigations are suggested in this study.
    The study results show that landslide area in the 34 potential debris-flow creeks of Chen-Yu-Lan River increase 25.87 hectare, and the values of normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) decreasing 12% after Typhoon Herb. The plant conditions growing recovered before the 921 earthquake, but the landslide area increase 14.26 hectare and the NDVI value decreasing 7% after the 921 earthquakes. The plant conditions also growing recovered before Typhoon Toraji, but the landslide area increase 13.95 hectares and the NDVI value decreasing 3% after Typhoon Toraji. To analyze the slope declination with the landslide distributions, it is concluded that there are 51% landslide area occur in the 6th grade of slope. This result is close to other researches of the landslide distributions.
