    摘要(中) 隨著近幾年來台灣每逢颱風、暴雨,山區邊坡便時常發生崩塌及土石流災害,因此為了降低災害所帶來的影響,倘若能掌握危險性較高的區域,針對其危險程度施以不同程度的邊坡保護以及設置災害預警範圍,如此便可降低災害的影響,本研究以陳有蘭溪為崩塌潛勢研究對象,利用七二水災前後兩個時期之SPOT衛星影像,搭配植生強烈反射近紅外光之特性,以常態化差異植生指標(NDVI)進行崩塌地判釋,再將崩塌判釋結果與所選定之因子進行套疊,統計出各因子中的崩壞百分比以及權重值,最後將流域內區分為四級,繪製崩塌潛感圖。
    研究發現透過現地資料與研究結果進行比對分析,坡度、土地使用區分、高程三個因子對研究區域內邊坡穩定性影響較大,而從研究結果也顯示出人為開發對於邊坡穩定的影響越來越顯著。
    摘要(英) In recent years, natural disasters such as landslides and mudflows usually occur in mountain areas during and after typhoon and rainstorm in Taiwan. In order to reduce the damages from these disasters, land slope retaining structures and warning systems can be established according to the geological and geographic conditions in areas where high hazards were recognized.
    With target study areas along the Chen Yu Lan stream in central Taiwan, the research use the SPOT Remote Sensing Images, acquired before and after the “July 2 flood”, matching with the characteristics of strong near-infrared reflection of plants to interpret the landslide hazards using Normalization Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI). By overlapping the results of the landslide interpretation and other selected factors exposed on the images, statistics of landslide percentage and the weight of each factor were determined. As a result, a landslide potential map in the study area was developed for future reference and application.
    Based on the results of the study, the 3 most influential factors (slope angle, land-use zoning, altitude)along with other factors were identified in determining the landslide potential in the study area. The study results also indicate that the impact of human developments tends to be escalating on landslide hazards in central Taiwan.
