臺灣高速鐵路八卦山隧道為國內最大型的BOT建案,又採國際聯合承攬標方式其在施工方法、施工管理、合約類型,以及各項細節皆不盡相同於國內常見之類型因此本研究選定高速鐵路八卦山隧道為探討對象,匯集其開挖紀錄、控制紀錄、以及襯砌進度比較於國內他案之隧道工程用以探討出各項影響隧道施工進度以及工程管理的因素並于建議改善,以提供爾後類似卵礫石隧道的施工參考。 綜合本研究之結論,摘要重點條例如下: 1.地水水為卵礫石隧道施工進度的重要因素,應在施工前即施工中即時監測,俾利工程順利進行。 2.採用濕式噴凝土,以噴漿臂代替人工操作噴嘴管作業,減少灰塵,提高工作效率。 3.隧道工程管理的改進,全能工作班的落實為施工管理的要項。 |

In the past several
decades, the Taiwan High Speed Rail(THSR) is the biggest BOT case in the
world, which was carried out by several important international joint
venture sub-projects including a number of long tunnels along the rail
line. The Paghuasan tunnel in gravel formation is a target case for
this research to study the efficiency and effectiveness of tunnel
construction in BOT management, which includes excavating procedures and
records, control records and lining progress. The results of the study
identify the essential factors critically effecting the progress and
management of the tunnel construction, and also provide suggestions for
the tunnel construction in similar geological conditions. The main
conclusion of this study is as follows: (1)under-ground water is a
vital factor for the progress of tunnel construction in gravel
formation, (2)using wet-shotcrete for lining can significantly
reduce dust-cause and improve the work efficiency, and (3) the
field operation regulation and the complete-capability constructing
squad used in this case are the key elements in improving tunnel
construction management. |
