    摘要(中) 台灣地區位處歐亞板塊和菲律賓海板塊之交接處,地質脆弱,然而九二一地震後,使得原本破碎的岩層易發生崩塌之行為,致使土石流發生之機率比地震前大許多。近年來桃芝颱風、敏督莉颱風及艾莉颱風等侵襲,所挾帶的豪雨造成山區多起土石流災害發生,且皆有傷亡傳出,故土石流災害防治為相關單位的重要課題之ㄧ。
    本研究利用O’Brien and Julian 於1998 年發表之FLO-2D 二維數值模式,配合雨量資料及數值地形資料來模擬土石流流動狀態,包括:流動深度、流動速度及堆積等情形,再配合已蒐集之現地調查結果,驗證數值模擬之正確性。
    本研究主要分為兩部份,第一部份利用FLO-2D 二維數值模式,進行敏督莉颱風實際降雨量於松鶴部落之土石流境況模擬,並藉由土石流災後航照圖,進行模擬結果及數據比對之判勢,結果大致符合。第二部份則設定災害規模,進行土石流數值模擬,並利用劉格非等(2006)提出之土石流災害損失計算方法,進行模擬之災害損失評估,提出可能造成之災害損失及經濟損失,並將災害模擬之結果繪製成危險區域分佈圖,以作為土砂防治工程之參考依據。
    摘要(英) Taiwan lies where the Eurasian and Philippine sea tectonic plates meet and is geologically frail. Notably, the 921 earthquake broke up the rock stratum in many areas and has increased the danger of avalanching and debris flow. Accordingly, there have been several serious debris flow disasters in mountain regions owing to typhoons such as Toraji, Mindulle Aere, and so on. Debris flows disaster prevention thus has become a very important issue.
    This study used the FLO-2D Model developed by O'Brien and Julian in 1998, which coordinates rainfall data and a digital terrain model to analyze the situation of debris flows, including flow depth, flow rate and volumetric sediment.
    This research comprises two main parts. Part one applies the FLO-2D Model, inputting actual rainfall data gathered during Typhoon Mindulle to model debris flow in Song-He District, compares the model results with data gathered by aerial photograph lineament analysis, and generally finds a good match.
    Part two then determines the disaster scale, conducts numerical simulation of debris flows, applies the disaster loss evaluation model of Liu (2006) to estimate the economic and other losses, and designs the risk map by imitating results to be the reference basis of debris flow
    prevention engineering.
