    摘要(中) 摘  要
    本文主要在研究簡支鋼筋輕質混凝土版受集中載重下之行為模式,並與普通鋼筋混凝土版進行比較。去探討混凝土版構件在不同變數下的極限承載力、剛度、韌性、破壞能等。本研究共製作32塊版構件,其變數有混凝土強度、配筋模式、版厚度等,經由版構件所進行之結構行為與結構設計實務之研究成果,將能在未來提供設計與施工規範訂定之參考。
    研究結果顯示,本研究試驗發現無論混凝土的強度、版厚度及所使用之骨材,版的承載力皆以鋼筋間距為雙層95-190mm為最大,其次為鋼筋間距為單層95mm,而以鋼筋間距為雙層190-190mm再次之,而鋼筋間距為單層190mm則為最小。可知增加拉力鋼筋後可以提高承載力,但增加壓力鋼筋對於提高承載力卻不明顯。在鋼筋比相同的版構件,其鋼筋間距單層為95mm版之承載力大於鋼筋間距為雙層190-190mm版。對於版厚100mm之中、高強度混凝土版,其承載力以常重混凝土版高於輕質混凝土版,但對於厚度125mm之版,不管中強度或高強度之輕質骨材混凝土版,其承載力皆比常重混凝土高,此應該與輕質骨材混凝土配比之砂漿強度提高,致使受壓面混凝土面積增大有關。
    摘要(英) Abstract
    In this research, the flexural behavior and shearing behavior of simply-supported reinforced lightweight concrete slab subject to concentrated load are investigated. The test results are compared to those reinforced concrete slabs with regular aggregate. Each slab’ ultimate load, stiffness, ductility, energy absorption capacity was examined from the load test. There were totally 32 slabs were manufactured and tested in this research. The designated parameters include strength of concrete, allocation of reinforcement, thickness of slab. The results obtained from this research are very useful for the engineers and designers who will use lightweight concrete as primary material for the slab element.
    The test results showed that the slab including rebar with spacing of 95-190 mm doubly-reinforced makes the highest loading capacity, followed by that with 95 mm singly-reinforced, 190-190 mm doubly-reinforced and 190 mm singly-reinforced. And, an increase of tensile reinforcement for the slab increases its loading capacity much more apparently than an increase of compressive reinforcement. For the slab with the same amount of reinforcement, the slab including singly-reinforced rebar with 95 mm spacing has higher loading capacity than those including double-reinforced rebar with 190 mm spacing.
    The 100 mm thick slab made of normal aggregate has higher loading capacity than those made of lightweight aggregate for a given concrete strength and a given steel ratio. But the 125 mm thick slab turn out opposite. The increase of slab thickness makes lightweight concrete higher loading capacity than those made of normal concrete.
