營建工程教育之良窳，攸關國內營建工程之發展與革新，也直接響國內營建工程技術人力資源的培育。為提升進入WTO後的競爭力，擬研究營建工程教育評鑑。本研究收集國內外相關文獻加以分析探討，另參考國內外教育評鑑的理論與實施狀況，再運用德爾菲專家問卷調查方法，討論營建工程教育評鑑的相關問題。針對營建工程教育長期的發展，建立符合一套營建工程教育評鑑的制度。本研究內容包括營建工程教育評鑑的規劃、執行、考核、研究發展等相關議題，研究成果可提供政府教育主管機構、我國營建工程相關科系參考使用。 |

The quality of
construction engineering education is deeply related to the development
and renovation of the domestic construction engineering. It also affects
the cultivation of human resource of construction engineering. We study
to the education accreditation of construction engineering in order to
promote the competitive ability after the entry into WTO. We collected
and analyzed the related references in our country and other countries.
We referred to the theory and implementation of education accreditation
both in Taiwan and abroad. The Delphi panel discussion of experts was
used to discuss the related accreditation problems of construction
engineering education. According to the long-term development, we
established a reform plan for the education accreditation of
construction engineering. The contents of researched include the
planning, execution, assessment, and development for the education
accreditation of construction engineering. The results of this research
will be provided for references to the Ministry of Education of our
Government, and all the Departments of Construction Engineering in our
country. |
