火災發生後在高溫的作用下,混凝土的強度會折減,將對混凝 土結構物的安全產生相當大的影響,本研究以透地雷達(GPR)法檢測火害後混凝土損害狀況,目的在研發可實際應用於火場混凝土其殘餘強度評估之非破壞檢測方法,以做為決定修補方針之參考。 本研究是以GPR回傳波之前1又1/2個振幅包覆面積以及鋼筋的反射訊號到起始1/2週期最大值之時間差計算混凝土火害後電磁波波速之改變來評估混凝土品質,實驗結果發現在混凝土火害後其振幅包覆之面積遠大於常溫試體,而火害後使得混凝土孔隙增加電磁波傳遞速度變快。本研究將混凝土火害後試體放入水中養護三天再氣乾養護的狀況下,使混凝土會起二次水化做用,振幅面積以及波速並無明顯差異性。實驗最後以鑽心試驗印證了,混凝土火害後殘餘強度與電磁波波速以及電磁波其振幅包覆之面積是有相關連的。 |

The compressive
strength of concrete will be reduced under the high temperature status,
and it will greatly influence the safety of concrete structure. This
research use the Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) method to detect the
degree of damage in concrete. The purpose of this research is to develop
the non-destructive testing (NDT) technique for evaluating the remaining
compressive strength at the fire damage state. The testing result can be
provided as the reference for repairing plan. In this study, the
concrete quality is evaluated by the shaded area enclosed by the first
one and half period of the reflected signal and the change of concrete
electromagnetic wave speed at fire damage state. We found the shaded
area at the fire damage state is greater than the control set at normal
temperature. Additionally, the fire damage contributes to the increase
of concrete porosity and electromagnetic wave speed. In this research,
we put the fire damaged concrete into water for three days then exposed
it in the air to reach the secondary hydrating reaction. The result
turns out to be no obvious difference for the shaded area and wave
speed. The results of drilling tests proves that the remaining
compressive strength, electromagnetic wave speed, and the covered area
of electromagnetic wave amplitude are related. |
