    摘要(中) 本研究乃針對冷軋型鋼具矽酸鈣板外覆材進行兩種不同型式試體之抗壓承載試驗,一為具外覆材但僅立柱受壓之試體(FC),以探討外覆材所提供立柱試體的支撐強度,另一種為立柱與外覆材同時受壓之試體(FF),以獲得牆體試體整體強度,此二種試體皆針對接合螺絲間距與外覆材板材厚度的變化做探討,而利用FF試體實驗所得之相關數據與美國鋼鐵協會(AISI)規範相互比較。為了解立柱與槽鋼之接合方式,另針對無外覆材之單根立柱(F0)進行試驗,將所得實驗數據探求適合的有效長度係數(K值),以提供本研究或設計使用。
    立柱以外覆材束制之破壞模式會因外覆材的束制而有所改變,對試體整體強度亦有增加之效果,從立柱與外覆材相互束制實驗結果分析發現,同時受壓之試體(FF)約為無外覆材之單根立柱(F0)破壞強度的1.2~1.8倍;試體FF試體約為FC試體強度的1.0-1.4倍。利用立柱與外覆材同時受壓之試體(FF)試驗與AISI規範預測強度比較結果做一比較,結果發現AISI預測強度值有過於保守的現象;為了解立柱與槽鋼之接合方式,故對無外覆材之單根立柱(F0)實驗,其結果建議有效長度係數(K值)取0.6。
    摘要(英) This research is concentrated on the compression tests for the cold-formed steel wall studs with calcium silicate board. Two types of experiments were conducted in this study: (1) only stud is under compression, called FC, to study the bracing strength provided by the sheathing; (2) both stud and silicate boards are under compression, called FF, to study the bearing capacity of wall. Both types of specimens are focused on the variation of the spacing of screws and thickness of silicate board. The comparison was made between the correlated data from FF tests and the predictions from the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) specification. In addition, the individual-column tests (F0) were conducted to investigate the restraint condition for the connection between stud and channel. The recommended effective length coefficient (K) is proposed for this research and design purpose.
    The changes of sheathing condition are not only affected the failure mode of studs but also the overall strength of specimen. It was found from test results that the ultimate loads for the FF specimens are around 1.2 to 1.8 times greater than those for the F0 specimens, and are about 1.0 to 1.4 times greater than the FC specimens. It seems the computed ultimate loads for the FF specimens Based on the AISI specification are much conservative as comparing to the values obtained from this research. According to the test findings, the effective length coefficient (K) is suggested to be 0.6 for the column having the similar ends condition as this study.
