BIOGRAPHICAL NOTES Long-Sheng Chen currently is an Honorary Distinguished Professor with
Department of Information Management, Chaoyang University of Technology
(CYUT), Taiwan. He is also a full professor with Department of Industrial Engineering
and Management, National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT). From 2012 to
2023, he is Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and for Academic
Affairs, respectively, in CYUT. He received his Ph.D. in Department of
Industrial Engineering and Management, National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan
