普通化學實驗：實驗配合理論，幫助學生養成對已知化學理論加以求證的習慣，並學習一般化學藥品的處理方法。生物材料實習：本課程安排10次實驗，內容涵蓋微生物、生物化學及分子生物學領域，主要讓同學瞭解並熟悉不同專題之實驗技巧，並培養學生對於實驗的基本操作技術，及啟發學生對於化學現象的觀察、推理、判斷、寫報告之能力。 |

(普通化學實驗)
- 酸鹼滴定、化學反應速率、化學平衡、反應熱測定
- 指試劑測定溶液的(离巠)標值、氧化還原反應、面速力達母的製造
- 固體吸附作用與色層分析、廢鋁罐的回收與再結晶
- 蔬菜素之酸鹼指試功能、Simple buffer action
