    摘要(中) 本研究以電腦軟體及資料整合,針對臺灣九二一集集地震後,於中部地區發生大規模土壤液化及液化下陷之地質及鑽孔資料,進行全區域液化評估與液化後下陷量分析,以中部液化地區之土壤特性與先期學者對土壤液化相關行為影響之結果,探討與修正液化分析模式與評估液化後沉限量,建立評估液化模式視窗化,以防治液化災害為目的評估未液化或已液化之地區發生液化情形,為工程上防災規劃之參考。
      液化危害度分析以貫入度試驗SPT-N之簡易經驗評估法為主,分析中所需參數以簡單易取為目標,且又能不失準確性下選用Seed經驗公式進行液化分析,並配合SHKAE程式進行地盤動力反應分析,求得現地最大地表加速度進行液化危害度分析。液化後沉陷量評估以石秉根學長試驗結果修正Ishihara之最大剪力應變量與液化後體積應變量之關係進行沉陷量分析。
      研究結果顯示Seed經驗公式之SPT-N法分析中部南投地區液化分析準確率約85%;霧峰地區液化分析準確率約66%;員林地區液化分析準確率約80%,配合使用修正後Ishihara法分析南投、霧峰及員林地區液化後沉陷量,得到分析值與實際值誤差約30%,為可接受範圍。
    摘要(英) The research was carried out by integrating liquefaction-related computer softwares and by developing a data base including subsurface soil bore hole data, regional liquefaction and settlement evaluation/observation in the central Taiwan area after 921 Chi-Chi earthquake. The study was conducted based on the most commonly used liquefaction evaluation techniques with modifications from previous studies on related subjects. An integrated computer software system along with the soil data base were developed in the study to serve as a useful tool for practical applications in liquefaction-related engineering issues in Taiwan.
    The research was conducted mainly based on (1) Seed’s simplified criteria, (2) strong ground motion study using SHAKE program, and (3) liquefaction settlement evaluation by Ishinara. The developed computer softwares system and soil data base can be easily executed in a PC Window operation system for practical applications. The results of the study revealed that the developed computer software system exhibit accurate rates of from 66% to 85% when compared to the results of field liquefaction investigations on sites throughout the central Taiwan area after the 921 Chi-Chi earthquake. The settlement estimates using the dereloped computer software system were within about 30% of the field observations from the liquefied sites.
