  1. Supervision and planning of overseas academic and student exchanges, including: establishing sister school relationships; arranging exchanges of visits of  foreign dignitaries; student exchanges and academic exchanges.
  2. Supervision and planning of domestic, academic exchange affairs, including establishing strategic alliances and institutional development policies.
  3. Supervision and planning of other academic exchange affairs, including honor students, extra-curricular planning applications, drafting of regulations, academic exchange invitations, and cooperation council's and committees' affairs.

  1. Arranging academic exchange affairs in the China, Hongkong and Southeast Asian region, including:
    1. Initiating contacts with cooperating institutions and other institutions.
    2. Contacting and arranging visits of foreign dignitaries.
    3. Arranging visits to foreign institutions by Chaoyang faculty and staff.
    4. Arrangement of academic exchanges and foreign academic short-term lecture programs.
    5. Processing of applications and document review for and contact with foreign exchange students.
    6. Contacting exchange students and welcoming them to CYUT.
    7. Processing of Southeast Asian region exchange student applications, document review and processing, and contact with students.
    8. Processing and Facilitating of international academic seminar affairs.
    9. Facilitation of the development of academic exchange affairs at Chaoyang.
    10. Collecting information relating to the region's foreign student programs, and providing it to our own students.

  3. Establishing strategic alliances with other domestic, academic institutions.
  4. Handling honor student selection and development.
  5. Handling student winter and summer vacation English camps.
  6. Handling the development of the English exhibition curriculum.

  8. Managing the Chinese website for the division of Academic Exchange and Cooperation.
  9. Handling the Taiwan central university region's institutional alliance affairs for the "Cross Strait International Exchange Committee" and management of the related website.

    1. Contacts with cooperating institutions and other institutions.
    2. Contacting and arranging visits of foreign dignitaries.

    4. Arrangement of academic exchanges and foreign academic short-term lecture programs.
    5. Chaoyang exchange student applications and study abroad arrangements.
    6. Processing and reviewing foreign, exchange student applications, and other documentsand contact with said students.
    7. Exchange student visits; contacting and welcoming exchange students.
    8. Facilitation and processing of international, academic seminar affairs.
    9. Facilitation of institutional development of academic affairs relating to this region.
    10. Collecting information relating to the regionˇ¦s foreign student programs and providing it to our own students.
  2. Convening and recording the minutes of the Academic Exchange and Cooperation committee.
  3. Processing applications for the Ministry of Education international technology co-operation program and integration of operations.
  4. Managing the English website for the academic exchange program .
  5. Handling student winter and summer vacation English camps.
  6. Handling affairs relating to TOEFL test registration.
  7. Collection of information on and participation in international educational exhibitions.
  8. Handling the Chaoyang instructor volunteer group for aiding potential Chaoyang exchange students.
  9. Handling interdepartmental contacts between Chaoyang and its sister schools abroad.
