The graduate institute at the Applied Chemistry Department offers versatile graduate program leading to MS degree. The institute accommodates 25 new MS students each year through applications as well as entrance examinations. Students have a long list of advising professors with various expertises to choose from, including the graduate institute of biotechnology at CYUT, and some research fellows from the two major agricultural research institutes nearby. Graduate courses and research fields covered a wide range from bio-insecticide formulation, drug synthesis, cell cultures, to material chemistry.
